My name is Karen, I am completely unhappy with my 16-18 body size. I would like to take this challenge to try and change my body shape and improve my lifestyle. My weakness is food! cakes, & biscuits being the main culprits, I recently had a cholesterol check which resulted in a count of 5.5 which I believe is too high. I am 5ft4 half inches tall and weigh 12.13 stones. I have a body mass index of 31.5 which has just touched on obese. I have decided to take this challenge, change my eating habits and start regular exercise. My goal is to get to 12 stone by Christmas, a huge ask I know but that's what I would like to be at to fit into a size 14 pair of slinky jeans. (I don't want much) lol - My stress levels are sometimes at boiling point, I often feel very edgy, impatient and short tempered. My aim is to add regular exercise into my lifestyle along with healthy eating and hope this will improve my self image, and keep me on the straight and narrow. I have exercised in the past but never seem to keep it up for long. I am longing to wear jeans without the extra tyre above my waist, and also look forward to the work Christmas do, as I will hopefully be wearing a posh party dress.....
